My Story
When I was 25 I badly broke my left wrist and was unable to work for several months. I spent this time to pursue a different career starting with studying an Access Course in Art & Design to gain enough credits to go to University and study Architecture. During this time I made a 30-second stop-motion Animation using plasticine and fell in love with every aspect and challenge of the creative process
I then went on to Northumbria University where I gained a Masters degree in Motion Graphics and Animation. I spent this time working on projects using all styles of animation and have a vast knowledge of computer and traditional techniques. Creating animations from storyboard to editing and also experimenting with many materials in model-making and production design.
After graduating in 2014 I moved to London and began working as a freelance 2D and 3D generalist. I've worked on animations, short films, computer games and painting/illustration commissions.
I have a huge passion for teaching and currently run after school clubs in Primary Schools where I teach painting, drawing, model-making, puppetry and animation.
